FREE CLASS TRIAL
The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our Free Intro Classes. Each includes some careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how we think about fitness and the world.
Free Intro Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, and we’ve built our Intro Classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of the shape they’re in.
After trying out an Intro Class, most people are converts: they realize they’ve been wasting a lot of time in the gym, and that CrossFit will get them in the best shape of their lives, fast. The next step, then, is our On-Ramp class.
On-ramp is a five-session program that covers the basics of CrossFit. You’ll practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own individual current level, and start ramping up your fitness with CrossFit.
